this is the 4th day i've been in the office since before thanksgiving. so all the webbe rebbe emails are being sent out with apologies for the delay, as the webbe rebbe was out with an injury.
NOT ONE CONSUMER has writen back to say "oh, i'm sorry you were hurt, hope all is ok"

ReplyDeleteWhat do you expect, you are writing to these people on a practicly anonymous basis. You may know their names from their letters but they have no idea who you are. I mean do you go over to every person that comes out of a hospital and tell them you are soory that they were ill?

ReplyDeleteno, i don't know these people, but i ut my all into helping them and answering quesitons for them
although when the previous Webbe Rebbe died and we sent out emails notifying people of this death, apparently very few cared then either.
if i emailed a company with a questions and 3 weeks later got a reply with an apology that it was late due to illness i would fire back a "thanks for the response, hope you're ok"
and i think anyone who wouldn't is a little too wrapped up in themselves.
