    How could you not?
Easy... this looks like a Pyramid scheme.
With a little playing around on the site, you learn that you need to refer 8 friends and participate an an offer (which costs money). Presumably, all of your friends also need to participate in an offer before you get your TV. Also, the way most of these work, your friends would each have to refer 8 friends, who would have to refer 8 friends each. And then you get your TV.
That would be a total of 585 people, who each must participate in an offer. And that is how they can afford to send you your "free" TV.
See http://cockeyed.com/ebay/scam/laptop_pyramids.html for some more info on these schemes. Plus, the cockeyed website rocks in general :)

    1) the offer doesn't actually cost any money, they're free trials of things
    2) i need the friends to only go as far as signing up for a free trial of somehting.
    3) my free ipod is on the way, and in a few days my free TV with VCR and DVD players will be headed to my sister's house for her anniversary.
sorry, SR - you're missing out.
